Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Vector Advisory LLC ("Vector Advisory", "we") collects through this website and what we do with it. It is written to be read. We will update it as the business and its legal review progress.
What we collect
The application form collects: your name, email address, phone number, home state, and your answers to eligibility questions — age confirmation, location and travel willingness, a band describing your available funds (not account details), existing platform accounts, daily availability, screen-share comfort, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to add in the notes field.
The contact form collects your name, email address, and message.
We also record basic attribution with a submission: which campaign or referrer brought you here and the page you landed on.
What stays in your browser
While you fill out the application, your answers are saved in your browser's local storage so you can leave and resume. Attribution values are kept in session storage. Both live on your device, not our servers, and the saved application answers are cleared when you submit.
Where submitted information goes
Submitted applications and contact messages are stored in Airtable, which we use to manage applications. Email we send (for example, a submission notification) is delivered through Resend. This website itself does not keep a database of your information.
Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly when you submit a form and may process technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Analytics
When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand site usage — page views and application funnel steps. We configure analytics to avoid collecting personally identifying information; your identity as an applicant lives only in our application records, not in analytics.
Calls
If you become an applicant or client, screening and engagement calls may be recorded for accuracy and quality. We ask for your consent before recording.
SMS / Text messaging
We send text messages only with your consent, which is collected through the checkbox on our application form.
Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
